William C. Whitesell Jr. 16th Judicial District Attorney General, will speak on what it takes to build a winning case and his experiences in cold case prosecution. Whitesell and ADA J. Paul Newman (who will likely do a segment), have so far sent six people to prison for first-degree murder based on RCSO cold case investigations. And they’re prepping for trials on two cold cases we closed by arrest in 2010.
